When will my order ship?

Ship times vary with the item type.

Sleeves, Stickers, Tokens: 2-3 business days

Mini Figures: 2 weeks. If ordered on a weekend day, round to the nearest Monday.

Do you offer express shipping?

I do not. Since a huge majority of my items are handmade to order my turnover times are striclty 2+ weeks to insure that everyone's orders are delivered fairly. HOWEVER, if they are for a special event I will make exceptions if my schedule is clear. Fill out a contact form to see if this can be arranged.

How do customs & taxes work for your shop?

Some countries allow for VAT to be prepaid. If this applies to you, you will have the option to pay at checkout. If there is no such option you will be liable for custom taxes upon arrival.

Do you take commissions?

I do from time to time. Commissions open randomly when my schedule is free. There is a link to my commission form located at the bottom of the webpage. Please fill it out to be considered!
